What is *blurple*? 
Blurple is what you get when a manufacturer can not figure out how to make the color purple no matter how many times you explain it to them or how many times they try.  Simply put, we have given up on the color purple when it comes to pop bumper skirts.  We now carry blurple instead.  Is it blue?  Is it purple?  No, it's blurple.
