Refund policy

We make arrangements to prepare items for shipment as soon as they are ordered. Therefore, orders must be cancelled in writing via email to sales@nitropinball.com within 24 hours of purchase to receive order refund (less 5% to cover Credit Card/Shopify fee). Cancellations and returns authorized by Nitro Pinball after 24hrs will be subject to up to 25% restocking fee and the cost of shipping and return shipping. Refusal to take delivery of products will result is in a refund of 50% of the purchase price, minus applicable shipping and storage costs.

Preorders & deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. In some cases, Nitro Pinball may agree to transfer the amount to another game title or provide a partial refund solely at the company's discretion.
